City View Investors, LLC has purchased 16.4 acres of land in central El Paso, Texas. The site is commonly known as “Pill Hill” and is recognized as a healthcare landmark. This site sits within the Sierra Medical District at the foothills on the south side of the Franklin Mountains and is directly across the street from Sierra Medical Center. In addition to the Medical Center, there are 32 medical office buildings totaling 767,452 square feet in the “Pill Hill” area.
In addition to its proximity to Sierra Medical Center, the site is 1.5 miles from Providence Memorial Hospital and Las Palmas Medical Center and is 4 miles from the new medical school, the Texas Tech Paul L. Foster School of Medicine.
TVO Development and Empresas Ixtlan are developing the site into City View Medical Plaza. The current site plan shows the site containing an 80,000 square foot medical office building (MOB); pad sites for sale that could house a specialty hospital or wellness center, additional medical office buildings, or retail establishments; and an area for high end condominiums.
